First time 90-120 minute session - $160 
This appointment includes an extensive intake, your Maya Abdominal Therapy treatment followed by a lesson on how to perform the self care practice on yourself at home - a practice you can keep with you for the rest of your life! Sessions will also often include a warming treatment such as vaginal steaming, naval cupping, moxibustion or castor oil pack, depending on your needs.

Follow up 60 minute session - $100 
This appointment includes a check in about how your healing journey is progressing followed by your treatment.

Follow up 90 minute session - $130
This appointment gives a little extra time should you feel it necessary to express any thoughts and feelings that may be arising in addition to having additional space and time for your treatment. This session will also include a pelvic floor steam, naval cupping, moxibustion, a castor oil pack or a combination of these treatments depending on your individual needs.

Follow up 120 minute session
This appointment is for those looking for a full mind body self care treatment and want a full array of healing treatments. There will be time to express any thoughts and feelings that may be arising in addition to having additional space and time for your treatment. This session will also include a pelvic floor steam, naval cupping, moxibustion, a castor oil pack or a combination of these treatments depending on your individual needs.

Pelvic floor steam single 30 minute session - $40
The pelvic floor steam (vaginal steam, vsteam, yoni steam) is an ancient practice reborn after we in our modern times rediscovered it's incredible benefits.  This steam technique is used to promote healing and rejuvenation for just about any woman's reproductive health concern. It may reduce stress, regulate the menstrual cycle, improve fertility, sooth and shrink hemorrhoids, alleviate painful menstrual cramps and even help with bladder and vaginal infections with regular practice and use.

Moxibustion, navel cupping and reflexology treatment - $65
This treatment is a 45 minute session that includes a combination of moxibustion, navel cupping and reflexology which can be extremely beneficial in regulating the menstrual cycle, reducing menstrual discomfort, enhancing fertility, easing back pain, supporting digestion and so much more!

Moxibustion, navel cupping, castor oil and reflexology treatment - $85
This treatment is a 60 minute session that includes a combination of moxibustion, navel cupping and reflexology which can be extremely beneficial in regulating the menstrual cycle, reducing menstrual discomfort, enhancing fertility, reducing scar tissue after abdominal surgery (including c-section), easing back pain, supporting digestion and so much more!
